These terms govern access to and use of the Derivon website at derivon.ai, operated by Derivon AI, Inc..

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in violation of applicable law.

3. Software licensing

The Derivon open-source software ships as separate packages under two published licenses: most, including the derivative tower and every backend, are Apache-2.0, while the certified-decision packages are AGPL-3.0-or-later with a separate commercial license available. The authoritative, per-package terms are published at omnibias.ai/docs/licensing and in each package’s own LICENSE file. Nothing on this marketing site modifies those license terms.

4. No warranty

The website and any code samples are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Benchmark figures describe specific, documented conditions and are not a guarantee of performance in your environment.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derivon AI, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
